PROTON is an EASA approved Part 145 organization restricted on C6-Rating. We are performing all tasks as of overhaul, refurbishment and modifications to especially but not only aircraft seats and cabin components. We can offer with EASA Form 1 certified Aircraft Seats, Cabin Components and Parts as well as the whole service for your seats, parts, or complete sets. Our capabilities are reaching from testing and inspecting in removed condition up to design change e.g., dresscover, arm caps and seat cushion with a Partner DOA. EASA form one can be issued for the performed tasks.

Our Maintenance Team consisting of highly motivated, flexible, trained, and certified personnel with many years of experience in cabin and component maintenance. Our EASA authorized workshops are equipped with all the tools required by the manufacturer to carry out the above activities All tasks, will be performed with the focus to quality and comply in accordance to the EASA regulations. As far as possible, our documentation is completely digitized in order to be able to work in a CO2-optimized manner. All the mentioned tasks can be performed for passenger and pilot seats as well as for cabin components like side walls, toilets, galleys, partitions and stowanges.

Aicraft Cabin Services in our workshop: We could offer all tasks regarding your seats as described above for your delivered parts in our workshop. In addition, we can perform LOPA or design Changes, replacement of Floor Covering (e.g. NTF, Carpets), repair or replacement of seat dresscovers and decorative foils. We also offer recertified cabin spare parts with EASA Form ONE.

Aircraft Cabin Services in your premises: We are able to repair, refurbish or modify your seats in your facilities as well as doing a complete Cabin Refurbishment of your whole aircraft cabin. We are also able to perform your service bulletins or airworthiness directive tasks in your base.
